Commercial cleaning for medical, dental, law and financial offices. A price in six minutes.

One call. Six questions about your rooms. A number before you hang up — and if you want us to see the space first, we come after hours and send the written scope and the flat monthly price the same day.

You already know how this goes

The restrooms run out of towels on a Tuesday. You mention it. It happens again. The crew is three people you have never met and one of them is new, though nobody told you. There is no record of what was done last night, so when the office manager asks whether the operatory was wiped down, the honest answer is that nobody knows.

Then the renewal arrives at a number nobody quoted you, with ninety days’ notice required to get out of it.

You are not buying cleaning. You are buying the end of that.

Everything that comes with the account

One flat monthly price. Nothing below is an add-on, an upgrade, or quoted separately.

  • The same named team, every visit. You get the name of anyone new before their first night, not when you notice a stranger in the hallway.
  • Color-coded cloths and mops, assigned by zone. Nothing that touched a restroom touches an exam room or an operatory. This is the actual cross-contamination control, and almost nobody does it.
  • EPA List N disinfectant, held for its full contact time. A disinfectant does not work on contact — the label names the minutes a surface has to stay wet, and most crews do not wait that long.
  • A signed checklist after every visit. Including anything we could not do and why: a locked operatory, a room still in use. A report that is always perfect is not a report.
  • Supervisor inspection weekly for the first 90 days, then monthly, with a written report. The first month is when a new crew learns your building and when most vendors are least present.
  • A compliance binder, kept current, left in your office. Certificate of insurance naming your practice, W-9, safety data sheets.
  • The first-visit deep clean, included. Not quoted as an extra and not amortised into the monthly. Most practices are inheriting a building cleaned to a lower standard for years.
  • A direct line, not a call center. Your account is never sold, subcontracted or handed to a franchisee. Most national brands are franchise systems; the company you call is not the company in your building.

What we guarantee

Four, and they are the kind you can hold someone to.

  • The walk-through costs nothing

No fee, no obligation. If we are not right for the building we will say so on the call.

  • Missed it? We come back in 24 hours

At no charge, corrected the next day rather than added to a list for the next visit.

  • Leave any month on 30 days

No reason required, no early-termination fee. Never more than a month from the door.

  • The first visit is a deep clean, included

Not quoted as an extra, not folded into the monthly.

What it costs, and why we will not publish a number

A price without a room count is a guess, and a guess on a website is how you end up with a bid that moves after someone finally looks at the building. Five things set it: operatory or exam room count, square footage, frequency, restroom count and traffic, and how the building is accessed after hours.

Call and we will give you an estimated range from those five, in about six minutes. It costs nothing and you are not on a list afterwards. Already have a cleaner? Tell us what you pay and what it covers, and we will tell you on that same call whether we can do better — including when we cannot.

Sales tax is shown as a line item rather than buried in the rate: Connecticut charges 6.35% on janitorial services, and New York taxes interior cleaning at the rate for your municipality.

Six minutes on the phone, or an hour after close.

Either way you get a number, and either way it costs you nothing.
