Privacy & Confidentiality
What we hold, and how we hold it.
Short version: we collect what we need to quote and service your building, we do not sell it, and keys and codes are logged and held under a single point of custody.
Information you send us
The walk-through form collects your name, the practice or company name, the address or town, approximate square footage, the frequency you want, who cleans you now, the best time to walk through, your phone number, and your email address. We use it to schedule the walk-through and prepare a written scope and price. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Keeper Facility Care, except a service we use to deliver the form to our own inbox.
If you ask us to delete your information and you are not a client, we delete it. Write to johan@keeperfacilitycare.com.
Keys, codes, and access
Keys and alarm codes are logged and held in a locked box at our office, not carried loose by crews. One named person is accountable for the log. Each key is tagged by account number rather than by address. Access is issued for a visit and returned. When an account ends, keys are returned to you in person and codes we hold are recorded as retired.
Confidentiality
Everyone who enters your building signs a confidentiality agreement covering what they see there. We do not photograph inside clinical or private areas at all. Inspection reports are written. Where a photograph would genuinely help — a floor repair, a common area, a delivery left in a corridor — we ask first, and it goes only to the person on the account.
For the record, HHS guidance confirms janitorial services are not HIPAA business associates. We sign a confidentiality agreement anyway.
Analytics
This site uses one analytics tag to count page views, form submissions, and taps on the phone number. It does not identify you by name, and there is no advertising pixel, chat widget, or third-party tracker on this site.
Insurance and records
Certificates of insurance, training certificates, and safety data sheets are kept current and provided to clients on request. Personnel records are held by the company and are not shared with clients beyond the background-check and training confirmations in your binder.
