Keeper Facility Care was founded on a gap that is easy to see once you look for it. A dental practice, a medical suite, a law firm, a family office — every one of them is held to a standard. For some it is CDC infection-control guidance and OSHA’s bloodborne pathogen rule. For others it is a duty of confidentiality and the expectation that nothing in the building is ever discussed outside it. The cleaning is usually awarded to whoever answers the phone cheapest, by a company that has read none of it, and nobody checks the work afterward.

Our model was built in direct response to that. We do not quote from a phone call. We walk the space, sign a written scope that names what we touch and what we never touch, and inspect against that scope — so an office manager has a document to show, not a promise to repeat.
