Services
Medical, dental, and professional office cleaning.
We clean your practice to the standard it is inspected against. Dental and medical offices are held to CDC infection-control guidance and OSHA’s bloodborne pathogen and hazard-communication standards. Most cleaning crews have never read either. Ours are trained on both, and the scope we sign says exactly what we touch and what we never do.
We serve practices and offices in Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside, Old Greenwich, Byram, Glenville, Stamford, Darien, and Norwalk. If you’re a few minutes past that, ask — the answer depends on whether we can be at your door the same day something goes wrong.
Who we serve
Clinical
- Dental practices.
- Medical practices and specialty suites.
Held to CDC infection-control guidance and OSHA’s bloodborne pathogen standard. This is where our scope is written tightest.
Detail for medical and dental practicesProfessional
- Law firms.
- Wealth-management and family offices.
Your exposure is not infection control, it is confidentiality. Client files, deal documents, and what is left on a desk at 7pm. Everyone who enters your offices has signed a confidentiality agreement, works after hours to a written scope, and does not read, move, or photograph what is on the desks.
Detail for law firms and financial officesIf you manage the building rather than a practice inside it, we quote whole buildings — common areas, tenant suites, or both. In most medical office buildings the cleaning is the landlord’s contract, not the tenant’s, and the practices inside have no say in who holds their keys. We would rather that be a decision than a default.
The scope, in writing
Every visit — housekeeping surfaces
- Operatory and exam room housekeeping surfaces — high-touch and horizontal surfaces disinfected with an EPA List N hospital-grade disinfectant, held for the manufacturer’s full contact time.
- Waiting room and reception.
- Restrooms disinfected and restocked.
- Floors vacuumed and damp-mopped with color-coded tools by zone.
- Regular trash and recycling.
- Break room and sterilization-area exteriors.
Never — clinical contact surfaces
- Sharps containers or regulated medical waste.
- Instruments, trays, or anything on the clinical side.
- Autoclaves or sterilizers.
- Between-patient operatory turnover.
- Anything poured into operatory drains, cuspidors, chair-side traps, or vacuum lines.
CDC draws the line between clinical contact surfaces and housekeeping surfaces. Your team owns the first. We own the second. Putting that in the contract protects you and us.
The last one is a federal rule most crews have never heard of: 40 CFR 441 forbids cleaning dental waterlines, chair-side traps and vacuum lines with bleach or any oxidizing or acidic cleaner. A cleaner tipping bleach down an operatory sink puts your practice out of compliance. Ours are trained not to.

Why we are not the cheapest bid
A disinfectant does not work on contact. It works over time.
Every EPA-registered disinfectant carries a contact time on the label — the number of minutes the surface has to stay wet for the claim on the bottle to be true. Wipe it off early and you have cleaned the surface. You have not disinfected it.
Most janitorial companies pay by the hour, which pays for speed. Speed is the one thing disinfection cannot survive. We work a fixed written scope rather than a clock, so nobody is rewarded for leaving early, and the product stays on the surface for as long as the label says.
That is the difference you are paying for, and it is the reason a cheaper bid is not a cheaper version of this. It is a different service.
Pricing
Flat monthly pricing based on square footage, frequency, and clinical rooms. First month in advance for smaller practices; net-15 for larger. Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% applies to janitorial services and is shown as a line item.
